Guy Fawkes Experience - 6th & 7th November Join us for a fireworks display to be held at this historic site, where gunpowder was made.

A family weekend of activities themed around the Gunpowder Plot. Discover the story of the plot and its characters through talks, interactive scenes including learning about Stuart era foods, how secret messages were used between the conspirators and meeting the ghost of Guy Fawkes.

Costumed re-enactors will be on site to talk to you and answer questions about daily life and military activity at the time of the Gunpowder Plot.

Fireworks Display

Each day at approximately 4.45 pm there will be a Spectacular Firework Finale by SM Art Pyrotechnics Watch as the fireworks dance through the sky in stunning sequences. This short finale will be packed full of colour and effects providing a fitting end to our ever popular Guy Fawkes experience.
