Season Ticket Confirmation and pickup:
1. You will receive a Confirmation Email for your Season Ticket purchase(s).
2. Please Print your Confirmation Email and bring it to our Ticket Office on your first visit, or, show us the Confirmation Email on your mobile phone.
3. We will have your Season Ticket Card(s) ready for you.

Conditions
• Valid from 29 March to 29 September, 2013 and every day during the Easter, Spring, Summer & Autumn School Holidays, including our special events & activities (excluding Spooky Adventure Night Walks).
• Valid for one named adult, concession or family as appropriate ticket.
• It is not transferable.
• It is not refundable.
• It does not include land train, military truck, guided walks, or additional activities which are charged for separately.
• It is not valid with any other offer and no further concession is offered on services at the Royal Gunpowder Mills.
• It must be shown on entry to the Royal Gunpowder Mills with proof of identity and if requested by staff, at other times whilst on site.
Note: Children must be accompanied by an Adult or Guardian at all times.
Dogs: Only guide and assistance dogs will be allowed on the site. They must remain in harness during the visit.
