New beginnings is a welcome theme this Easter and our wildlife is here to let us know that spring has officially sprung!

With the sun shining on The Mills this week it was a great opportunity to check in with the wildlife emerging all around us.  From blue tits getting up to all kinds of mischief to the bats coming out of hibernation, the sense of excitement for the reopening of the Mills is hard to miss. We are also expecting to welcome some new additions to a swan family who have been spotted looking after a nest full of eggs!

Whilst this year may not have brought Easter Festivities as we know them, it certainly is bringing new hope to all of our staff and volunteers.

To view our wildlife from the eyes of our wonderful groundskeeper Julie, why not visit our Nature Diary page under the explore tab and take a look at our Instagram, Facebook and Twitter for regular updates.
