Have a skill to offer?  Help run the Charity and make it thrive simply with your passion for organisation and efficiency, and bring along too any specific professional qualifications and skills that you’ve gained along the way!

Office projects

Volunteers help us in a variety of office projects, from creating essential event signage and databases to self-contained projects. Why not get in touch and let us know what you’d like to do?

Business Group

Looking to extend skills and experience?  Or keep connected, as retirement beckons?  If you have a professional skill you’d love to donate for the welfare of the Charity, come and talk about our Business Group.  Projects are stimulating, the problems are fascinating - and we need to be the best to do the best for this incredibly important historic site.  You will be welcomed and supported.  We would like to hear from you all, but at this point of time we particularly welcome people with skills in:

  • Marketing
  • Commerce
  • Finance

Trustees carry legal responsibility for the Charity.  Our trustees work hard for the well-being of the site, and actively support staff and volunteers as colleagues and pick up projects when time allows.  You can read about our current trustees here.

We are currently recruiting for trustees (unpaid position) and full details can be found on our Jobs page.
