The Royal Gunpowder Mills is reliant on the time, skills, knowledge and hard work given by the team of volunteers. The team works to preserve and share the site and its’ amazing history, for the visitors and for the future.

So much goes on behind the scenes with 170 acres of site containing woodland and historic buildings, there is a lot to look after.
You can make all the difference to a visitor’s experience by working in one of a number of roles connected with the Visitor Attraction.
