Volunteering at RGM

We are recruiting volunteers now, so take this opportunity to come and get to know this amazing site, it's story and the people who care for it. Join in with training and induction sessions to become one of the team.

We are looking for volunteers to help with our visitor events for this season. There are various roles such as stewarding, guiding and driving for our tours.

170 acres is a lot to look after so there are many jobs to be done on the grounds and buildings. If you have some time and are a practical person you could, come a get involved behind the scenes, looking after this important site and its buildings.

RGM’s aims are to preserve the site for its industrial and natural history, share its beauty and tell its story.
